Dr. Shuchi Sharma is a Leadership Development Coach and an HR Consultant. She helps leaders create impact and lead engaged teams while enabling successful personal and professional transitions, through coaching and mentoring. She facilitates programs focused on campus to corporate transition and on developing personal leadership through a transformative experience for participants where they feel accomplished, confident, and proud of their achievements while being able to acknowledge their fears and become committed to overcome them. Through AchieversHR Consulting, she offers customized e-learning modules and is passionate about inspiring and encouraging future and current leaders to leverage their strengths towards enhanced performance and to effectively navigate themselves and their teams through uncertain environments.
She has been actively pursuing consulting assignments in conceptualizing and designing HR service products and training interventions related to Strategic HRM, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, High Performance Work Systems and Work Life Balance in a spectrum of organizations and institutions. Her understanding of the HR requirements of the manufacturing, software, service, education and developmental sectors helps her to recommend successful alignment of human resources practices to business objectives leading to better business results.
While she has contributed to various publications, her textbook on "Organisational Behaviour" published by Mc Graw Hill, for MBA students provides a foundation in the concepts of OB in an easy-to-understand student-friendly manner.
She believes that the true essence of being a leader is to be a life-long student… through learning, unlearning, and relearning and is an enthusiastic reader.

Anil Sharma, Founder and Principal Consultant has more than three decades of industrial experience in reputed organizations like TAFE Motors, Eicher, SML ISUZU (formerly Swaraj Mazda Ltd) and Escorts. His key expertise areas are Strategy Planning, Change Management, New Product Introduction, Innovation and Lean Management.
His approach is to seek out technologies, techniques and processes globally and apply them within organizational business context for breakthrough improvement and sustainable growth.
